Graphics Card for Laptop?
I have an HP Pavilion dv4 Notebook PC with Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5800 @ 2.00 ghz 2.00 ghz and 4 gigs of ram. It’s running Windows Vista 64-bit.
However, I want to be able to plug the laptop to my HDTV in the living room, so that i Can watch movies, play games, etc. with them. So my question is, what kind of Graphics Card would I need for that ? Can some one give me some prices, ratings, and possibly how it would affect my computer’s battery and heating .
I don’t’ need a cord, lol. I have the cord. It’s just that the image looks really crappy, like the way your screen looks if your resolution is really High but you are playing a game with really low resolution.
It sounds to me like you need a cord that hooks into your laptop and then you can plug it into your tv in the back. Not sure what its called because my boyfriend is dumb and cannot pronounce anything correctly. But I do know that the cord is made by Dynex and you can just go into a nearby Best Buy store and as a sales associate there if they can find you the Dynex cord that you can plug from your laptop to your television and they will help you find it. We had gotten one of these and when I got home i realized it wouldn’t work because it is made for the Windows. Not the Mac. Lol but Yeah I know The price is like 15-16 dollars where i live. Good luck Hope i helped.
