problems with an hp warranty?
My hp pavilion laptop had a messed up power jack problem, and it would cost around 430 dollars to repair it, so i called the company (my warranty was still good.) and they said to send it in, so i did. About 3 days later they called and said it was from negligence and i know for sure it wasn’t from that. and so i still have my broken laptop and its no longer under warranty anymore but i still have all the papers from they company about fixing my laptop.
my question is what can i do about this?
and can i possibly sue the company over this?
