My computer wont start? Blue screen of death?

Yeah, it gets the Blue Screen of Death, and i tried getting in through safe mode, a tried to reboot it but nothing happened.I still hear beeps and the fan thingy is on but i don’t know the problem. It’s something about new hardware or software, im no computer wiz.

a blue screen at startup is a sign of hardware failure. You can attempt to recover data from the hard drive, but not by using your laptop..use a friends pc, preferably one who knows about computers, to recover data.
Depending on how far the startup process gets, you may be able to tell whats wrong with the pc.. Google the error code you get, and find out what it means.
