Vga to S video Adaptor?

ok, i have a tft monitor runnign from my laptop, but also have a 7″LCD with compsite input,
my video card doesnt support both vga and tv out at the same time,
so i got a VGA ‘Y’ splitter to allow for 2 vga montiors, but now need a way to convert the VGA signal to S-Video or composite, i see many s-vidoe to vga but i need it the other way round.
any ideas??
i have tride a vga to svideo cable but this doenst work as i think it needs to be converted some how.

There are VGA to S-Video + Composite cables (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=VGA+to+S-Video+&category0= ) But the last time I tried one of those, it didn’t work. Therefore I don’t know if they really work or not. Maybe the TV also has to support it or something, because I tested with 2 TVs, couldn’t get anything other than a black and white wavy pattern. There are no settings to change when connecting over VGA (I.e. TV system : NTSC/PAL), so it is hard to believe that how it could work.

I have tried one of those sometime back, it worked pretty nicely.
