Laptop to TV connection has no sound…?
Hi,
I have my laptop connected to my TV via a 7pin S-Video (on my laptop) and RCA (2 Audio and 1 video) on my TV.
I have a picture but no sound (only out of my laptop), can anyone tell me how I can get sound coming out of my TV instead of my laptop?

I have plugged into my laptop S-VIDEO and into the TV 1 video and 2 L and R RCA…

First make sure you get sound out of your laptop speakers BEFORE you connect anything to your TV. Then use your 3.5 mini jack to RCA (phono) cable to connect the audio directly to your TV set.
