Computer will not boot?
It will not let me launch system repair, I’ve been on the phone with HP-Support for days, we have gone through all of the function keys, (Repairs, set up, Debug) we have ran test that keep coming back saying nothings wrong. My computer keeps going to a solid blue screen that reads (Page_Fault_in_nonaged_area) with a message that says, “Windows was shutdown to protect your computer for damage”
The Guy at HP support sent me recovery cd’s that I can not use because my computer will not boot, He also said it could be a hardware issue like the “Rom” or the “Mother drive” ?????? I have no idea what either of those are, please help? What do you thing is wrong with my computer? I’ve had this computer for 1 year, so I don’t understand why it’s doing this.
